Weddings at the Ford-MacNichol Home
Print

The Ford-MacNichol Home was built in 1896 and is a true Victorian Gem. Restored authentically to the period, the house relives its past by again having parlor ceremonies, typical of the Victorian era.

The Wyandotte Museum provides an alternative site for weddings and is very flexible to meet your needs. We provide the house and staffing. We can also provide decorations and music (sound system) at no additional cost. Minister or Judge, flowers, music, decorations, photographer, and other items will be arranged by you - giving you the chance to cater your wedding to your own special needs.

Ceremonies can take place in the parlor, foyer, or the porch, depending on the size of your party.   We also offer a dressing room for the bride and her party in our second floor Master Bedroom.

Staff will be on hand during your wedding day to help you with any needs you may have.

Thank you for your interest in the Wyandotte Museum as your wedding site!
